We will 1.Obtain the information we need to be able to draft the agreement 2.Advise you about the issues to consider 3.Tell you what financial information is needed and putting that in order (you will need to obtain the information yourself) 4.Draft the agreement 5.Assist you execute the agreement 6.Store the original agreement We make an allowance (in addition to the drafting) of 1.5 hours for discussions and advice. This is normally sufficient except in cases where there are lengthy discussions about what should be in the agreement or disagreements.
